For the past five years , the company has been outsourcing its full-time information technology professionals who may work at clients ' sites , from regional offices or from the company 's Chicago headquarters . As the new marketing manager of ITO Co , it is my responsibility to sustain the company 's successful competitive advantage against other big outsourcing companies especially those from Canada and India Many organizations ' concern with employing outsourced services is the

br quality of service rendered by outsourcing firms . It is therefore our job to give these companies the quality of performance they are asking for . It is now our responsibility to ensure that the professionals we offer are well-educated and well-trained in the field of information technology . To ensure the wellness of training and education of our professionals , each one will be required to give his /her resume . These resumes will be given to the client to enable them to search for the right worker to employ
However , our competitors also promise to offer well-educated IT professionals below our company 's costs . Since we cannot lower our prices anymore , we have to rebuild an image which would make companies employ our services without cutting our costs . Aside from promising to offer well-educated professionals , we will also guarantee our clients that the services they are asking for will be well-rendered . We will give a warranty that if services our well-delivered then service cost will be reduced . This will assure our clients that the delivery of the services they ask for will be worth the price we solicit
It is a challenge for us to encourage organizations to employ external services since there is now a growing misperception that most outsourcing services do not realize the organizations needs . Hence , we should always assure our clients that we will only deliver the best services by recognizing and achieving their needs . The concern about the cost of the services offered presents an opportunity for us in the sense that US organizations will choose us over offshore outsourcing services since we will not require additional cost for transportation of our services . Thus , we have to concentrate in encouraging US organizations to employ our services for this very reason
