Global Warming has been one of the most controversial environmental issues nowadays as its impacts become more evident on various countries around the globe . Furthermore , global warming imposes negative effects not only to the environment but also to the society and to the economy of many countries . Advancement in technology fuels global warming at an incredibly fast rate resulting to the depletion of natural resources and tremendous

amount of economic and social losses are to expect given the present condition of green house gases emission (Socha , 2000 Automobiles , factories , and commercial airline are just few of the many factors that contribute for global warming to develop . Due to the increasing needs of humanity for a more comfortable life , the consumption of the above mentioned main contributors of global warming is inevitable and already becomes a necessity to many individuals Global warming cause 's climate change which negatively affects all sectors of the economy , communities , and natural resources available in a given country (Nytimes .com , 2007 . The cases of various forms of diseases starts to increase leading to the depreciation of social welfare of many individuals especially those that are considered to be less privilege people . Productivity of various crops and other agricultural products starts to decline as climate change negatively affects its annual yields . The Gross Domestic Product of various countries also starts to decline as the productivity of their agricultural sector depreciates especially those countries that are considered to be agricultural based countries

On the other hand , despite of the above identified negative impacts of global warming , this phenomenon still provides some benefits especially for the commercial shipping line as climate change makes the Arctic region navigable to many commercial shipping lines which provides shorter travel time thereby leading to the improvement of commercial shipping lines industry 's profit

Nonliving and Living Factors

One of the main factors that contribute for the development of global warming in the global community would be us - humans . With the ever increasing demand of consumers in the market for a more comfortable life , and higher quality and quantity of product , humans tends to choose products that are produced by machineries that emits tremendous amounts of green house gases that leads for global warming to further develop since those products have higher quality . On the other hand multinational companies operation in many countries chooses machineries that could provide them with the optimal volume of production regardless of how much it will emit green house gases in the atmosphere . In this regard , it is clear that humans that the one that greatly triggers for global warming to attain its current alarming state and there is no one to blame other than us . Ironically , aside from the fact that we are the main contributors of the advancement of global warming , it is also us who suffers the most from the said phenomenon since climate change...
