UK BRACES FOR RECESSION Members of Parliament (MPs ) are seriously considering legislative measures to caution the impact of the recession triggered by the collapse of financial institutions in the United States , including granting extra powers to the Prime Minister so as to enable him to positively response to situations which may endanger the political and economic stability of the United Kingdom
