The name of this organization shall be HOPE - POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE , hereinafter referred to as H .O .P .E .P .A .C

Article II - Statement of Purpose

The purpose of the H .O .P .E .

.A .C . is to serve as the voluntary non-profit arm of the Beyond 2010 : The Senatorial Campaign for Elvin R . Fahie , Sr (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign . The H .O .P .E br

.A .C . deems to

build a strong and viable political organization that will recruit volunteers , conduct business and organize activities to solicit , directly or indirectly , voluntary personal contributions , and to make expenditures in connection with the attempt to influence the election of Elvin R . Fahie , Sr . into the 29th Legislature of the United States Virgin Islands , St . Thomas District

Article III - Offices

Section A . Principal Office

The Principal Office of the H .O .P .E .

.A .C . shall be located at Estate Nadir 19AA-2 , St . Thomas , Virgin Islands , United States of America

Section B . Change of Address

Change in the address of the Principal Office should only be deemed appropriate and final upon the approval of the Officers-in-Charge and the Campaign 's Officers . A change in address can only be designated upon the amendment of these Bylaws and should be announced publicly to inform solicitors and contributors
