Decide and approve programs based on completeness and reasonability

Endorses the proposal to HRD for implementation in coordination with specific unit supervisors . Ensure over-all management support in terms of manpower , financial , and other important physical resources

Monitors the progress of actual implementation of the training program Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program based on reports submitted

Conducts inspection and monitoring to ensure correctness of the report

Analyze cost benefit and decide whether program can be replicated
