Physiological Adaptation
Physiologic Adaptation Introduction As each one of us may come to agree , our body is composed of highly complex mechanisms , which enable our bodily functions to continually adjust to the constantly changing internal and external environments . If our body cannot adapt to such changes , then we can just be easily worn out and even die with a blink of an eye . With this , it is quite interesting to know what keeps the human body going and how it works to cope with the bows and arrows of everyday living . In this regard

, this aims to explore and unravel the mysteries of the so-called physiologic adaptation
Discussion
Adaptation is the ability of an organism or body part to adjust to the changes in its environment (Rothenberg and Chapman , 1989 . Moreover Freshwater and Maslin-Prothero (2005 ) augmented that adaptation is beneficial because it allows the body to jive with the stresses that it encounters . Indeed , it is the body 's innate response , or action , to protect and preserve itself
