Throughout the , our company will be addressed as ABC company Considering that there is a need to sell the product in three foreign countries namely Germany , United Kingdom and China , there is a need for ABC company to look for a retail partner that has coverage in such areas and is already set up there so that the sales process can run smoothly

There are four options that are available to the company to avail in respect of making one of them the retail partner

CompUSA

Walmart p

Carrefour

The first option of BestBuy can be understood to have stores only within the United States of America because it only caters to the American people and not to any other foreign country . Even though BestBuy does sell toys , which is the business of ABC company , there is a need for a global coverage

CompUSA is also a chain of stores that is located primarily in the USA The company sells computers and accessories only . This does not match the core business of the ABC company and hence , is not a suitable retail partner for ABC company

Carrefour has a large retail chain of stores covering from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to France to Turkey . The company also has a similar business to ABC company . However , the company does not have business in the countries that the ABC company is looking for

Walmart is a chain of stores that has coverage in all the areas that ABC company wants to conduct its operations in . Walmart is a store that carries different kinds of products for various age groups and this seems to be the best option available for the ABC company
