Learning to end the bullying habbits of the habitual dominant speakers is a tact .This can be done through learning the following techniques : Breaking up the dominant ones from the rest through a diplomatic discourse and assigning a task to everyone to create a sense of belonging to the group .This is another communication skill which can be acquired during college education

There are students who are self motivated and those who need role models in college days for inspiration . Motivating a student can vary from person to person . It could also depend on . Self-confidense esteem , hard working capabilities , success orientation , future prospects , faculty , course of study and interest in it .Motivation can help college students in many ways by fostering --a positive environment and a feeling of being valued members of the society
