Acquiring an MBA is not as easy as it may seem . There are numerous rules to follow and several factors to consider . My decision to go back to school and acquire an MBA was an effective step in reaching my career goals . The program would come to my advantage for it would assist me in attaining a wide array of management tools , at the same time learn more about accounting

theories that would lead to a more effective management . As Head of Finance , I deemed it necessary to possess excellent managerial skills and a broad knowledge in Accounting . Such goal added to my desire to help sharpen my management skills and increase my management tools

From all the schools I found , Lubin School was my perfect choice . The school 's thrust would be able to help me acquire the much needed accounting and managerial skills deemed from this profession . At the same time , the school was also accredited for both Business and Accounting Courses by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB ) International . Furthermore , it was also ranked as 17th nationwide among its schools , having alumni partners in Big Four Accounting firms . Furthermore , the program was highly ranked in the US News World Report 's Americas Best Graduate Schools 2009 survey
