There is a common agreement as for the close relationship between personal values and organizational behavior . Dozens of scholars and business professionals have been increasingly involved into exploring and analyzing the processes , which take place in different organizational contexts and are impacted by a whole range of individual moral judgments . Managers and employees keep to different systems of values , and it is not surprising that their organizational beliefs and ethical visions differ , too . In organizations , an individual 's behavior (insofar as it is influenced by one 's personal values ) is best explained by utilizing both those things the one considers important and one 's primary personal orientation (Chryssides Kaler , 1993 .
