Personal Q1 . Framing Decisions Management involves making decisions that are going to create certain effect or outcomes . As a matter of fact , resource management is so common not only in the various professional fields but also in personal life . In my personal and professional life , I frame my decisions based on judgments and predictions surrounding the likelihood or unlikelihood of certain events . In most cases , the likelihood of an event cannot be measured or established empirically , so I try my level best to avoid optimism while framing my decisions . I base

When framing my decisions , I always bear in mind that secondary effects are definitely bound to arise since most decisions will be based on multiple scenarios . I generally prefer to concentrate on absolute certainties as is the routine in positive decision framing as this offers an assurance on gains from the decision made . I avoid framing my decisions as options since such are based on likely other than assured gains and in such a scenario , the choices made are likely to be characterized with too many risks
