Subject : Request for Salary Increase

It has always been an important consideration for employees for their efforts to be recognized accordingly . Such process allows optimization of output and motivates each one to become adaptive to the challenges and hurdles brought about by work . Seeing this process , I wish to express my intention to have my salary adjusted from 15 to 20 from my current salary status

I deem and argue for such increase due to the several responsibilities

and tasks I had accomplished during my tenure in the division . Within the past six months , I have made considerable improvements in company operations which include the following elements

Brought up the Organic Department almost up to functionality until the pre-Katrina status

All instrumentations installed and administered continues to be up and running

Performed all administrative tasks in a comprehensive and ly manner which includes : Data to LIMS , PPR /planning for staffs , in house supplies , established logbooks

I was also involved in training of new staffs and ensuring that is promoted within the work area

Able to garner a high proficiency level gaining at least a 95 percentile score

At the same time , I had moved from one agency to the other without any salary changes and was not adjusted accordingly . Though this may seem to be the case , I had sought to show management of my skills and capabilities . It is in here that I argue that I have been...
