Values are the things that an individual or organization take to be important in their daily activities , values constitutes the morals ethics and professional attributes of a person or an organization

For an individual , values forms core principles that defines personal standards of an individual whereas for an organization , values define the believes of the entire organization where members of that organization becomes part of the values without considering individual personalities . The organizational values generalize what the organization desires to

achieve in a sense that it doesn 't take into critical analysis the individual values of members within that organization

Organizational values are set by a group of people , usually the executive committee , who decide what to be done and the behavior of members within that organization without considering individual characteristics , this is not the case for individual values which develop unconsciously as one grows and come to be noticed in terms of personality or the values are inherited , leant at school or observed from social places like watching television or depending on the place where one is living

There are clear guidelines drawn spelling organizational , in most cases these values are written on notice boards and handbooks for all members and non members of that organization to observe but for personal values they are hidden and only noticed when one interacts with that person Sometimes , the values might not be well noticed or misconceived as people tend to behave differently...
