Teachers are usually the ones considered to have the privilege of having overall control in classroom setting situations . IT is through this idealism that the educators are able the different aspects of learning as they are used within classroom premises . However , in terms of classroom control , it could be noted that the present system of educational

placement makes it possible for students to be part of the control system . As manager of the class , educators are responsible for motivating the students in becoming the best individuals that they ought to be . This however , could only be done through the cooperation that exists between the educator and the students . Without the said issue on cooperation , it is undeniable that the process of classroom management would receive less positive results . The fact to consider herein is the fact that educators are not the ones in control in the class . As individuals , the students themselves are the ones who control their own behaviors . Moreover though , the educator 's responsibility is to wait for the said students to realize that they are in need to apply cooperation as to how they are dealing with their educators in the class . Hence through this thought , it is undeniable that the motivation comes from the educators and the results of such efforts are to be displayed by the students themselves

B ) The purpose of education

Learning is one particular aspect in human life that should be recognized by everyone . Without learning , human progress would not be possible . This is the primary role of education in the human society . As a foundation of human progress , education plays a great role in assisting people in realizing their capabilities as individuals and as contributors of the entire human society 's progress towards a developed future . It is the innate nature of man of being fond of learning new things that actually fuels this idealism of education

C ) The purpose of discipline as it relates to educational philosophy

True , everyone wants to learn , but not all actually have the capability of staying within the track as they immediately loose personal discipline within the process of educating themselves . Why is this so The different influential elements in the society may hinder several individuals in actually concentrating in their lessons in school or even in practical matters . This is the reason why personal discipline among individuals is an important part of the process of learning . Most of the time , this aspect , although it is the most important , receives lesser attention from the students making it necessary for educators to actually be bale to motivate students in recognizing discipline as an important part of their education
