This discusses and describes the development of a person using Erik Erikson 's theory of psychosocial development and Kohlberg 's theory of Morality development . Erikson suggests that the main goal of man is to socialize and interact in their social environment in each stage of development and thus , resolving an existing crisis in each of the eight stages . Similarly , Kohlberg 's idea of development is focusing on the development of perception and understanding of morality
