that anyone can venture into . Nurses are the individuals who are educated and trained in to take care of people who need medical assistance due to a specific kind of illness . Thus , the job of a nurse is not only physically and mentally demanding , but it requires emotional strength as well , as dealing with sick people everyday will take its toll on a person . This field also requires extreme dedication , patience and good communication skills . It is necessary to communicate well with patients and build trust in to break the barriers that may hinder the improvement of their health . A patient who has built a fiduciary relationship with a nurse may be able to open up and tell the nurse everything that he or she is feeling , and this is important
