Running head : Parental Involvement Parental Involvement [The name of the writer appears here] [The name of institution appears here] Introduction "Parental involvement , in about any form , produces considerable gains in student achievement (Fuller , Mary Lou and Glenn W . Olsen , 1998 . The concept of parental involvement with the student and the school is a fundamental one and can create immense rewards for all concerned Though , in this report I have established the view that schools do not always familiar with what the term parental involvement really means Thus there are two

key aspects that work-together to form the concept of parental involvement . One of these is a level of loyalty to parental support . This comprises such things as heartening the student , being compassionate , reassuring , as well as understanding . The other element required is a level of parental activity and participation , for instance doing something that is apparent . So I have elaborated these two aspects in my report . Effects of Parental Involvement in School System

It is difficult to find anyone these days who would dispute this conclusion . Furthermore parental involvement is shown to have a wide range of beneficial effects , of which helping students attain better grades or marks is only one : Involving parents in the education of their...
