The survey was done to measure the quality of the communication system in place at the school . A clear communication path between the parents and the school is critical in of the parents to be aware of the development of their children . Communication is important especially for situations that demand the presence of the parent in school . More so , a clear communication process would result in a harmonious relationship between the parents and teachers which would be a crucial part in bringing up the children
Method
Twenty students were randomly chosen to bring the survey questionnaires to their parents . The survey consisted of different rating scales that would gauge the quality of the communication channels used by the school to communicate with the parents .
