A company should have a well implemented policy to enable the workers have their concerns easily with the appropriate protection being offered to the employees as well as confidentiality

However , for personnel ethics to be relevant to the employees the company can implement policies that insist on the moral live of the workers so as to discourage the employees from getting involved in un straight ward dealings which put the organization in jeopardy
Company 's effort to build a good reputation can not work if the staff members are way ward people because the employees of an organization however this depends on the personality of the others : some have a deontological view while others have a teleological one . The mindset to the employees plays a big role here and their values determine the kind of behavior they have
