EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Racism is a practice that undermines human right in all cultures under the globe . It is a major form of discrimination that is developed in various forms such as in work place , social institutions and residential areas . Since I am a member of Ireland and accounts manger in the local authority of this city , I have therefore realized several cases of racism and discrimination against various groups . The newly elected politicians have also tried to come up with a

policy to finish up the whole war on racism in the country and state . This was in their manifesto during their political companies

It is therefore the role of each and everyone to ensure that unity is preached amongst us . But it is my concern as a public figure that this war on racism is still affecting us . Let us take this opportunity and responsibility to come up and help our people that feel discriminated I am therefore preparing this public relations plan to conduct a campaign on how we are going to fight this war . My main key objectives will include the following : first to work towards doing away with injustices brought by discrimination and promote effective equal opportunities in various sectors . These sectors may include employment area , social places like schools and residential areas . Another aim or objective of my campaign is to monitor and change the necessary sections of the race relations act which is to cordially integrate and bring fairness to all the ethnic groups in our community . Lastly my campaign is geared towards the promotion of good relationship between people from the major ethnic groups and minor ethnic groups . This is by creating conducive environment where everyone can interact regardless of racial background and discrimination of any kind

In few months ago the media has been reluctant in covering the cases of racism in our city . This has brought a lot of criticism because they should be working with the government and key public figures in various places and ways with a view of preventing and controlling racial discrimination . For example in the western part of the country , several incidences where blacks have been killed by whites on the road have been reported . To my surprise , the media was reluctant such that they took almost one month to report this matter

In brief my campaign will bring some changes in the constitution where the issues such as caste system that is practiced in India should be abolished completely . The constitution should therefore be amended such that everyone has freedom of movement and socialization . Since our courts of law do not have a representation in the board of justice from minority groups , especial the black community I am stressing on my campaign to come up with a constitution that is focused on stopping racism and have equal appointment in our courts consisting the blacks whites and Asians . This will remove unnecessary judgments where minority groups are neglected or discriminated...
