People are the best asset of the business thus making

them the main focus of the operations of the business in the industry

HOW THE PEOPLE ARE MAKING IMPACT ON THE BUSINESS

For many years of operation , PEGASUS Company proved that the importance of people power is indeed a perfect asset for business continuity

The increased performance level of their employees have also increased the level of reputation that they are receiving from the clients that they are targeting in the industry

WHAT PROBLEMS HAVE RISEN

Although the administration particularly focused on inspiring the people force of the organization , several issues on communication enhancement have risen

Apparently , the growing diversity among the employees as well as the administrational personnel have affected the process by which the entire business operates

This is the main reason why there is a strong need for change and organizational restructuring of the research and development group of PEGASUS
