Introduction

The human resources department in any organization has the responsibility of ensuring that the organizations are staffed with competent individuals who will enhance the company 's productivity and constantly evaluate their progress . In addition , the department addresses issues that affect employees and make strategic decisions on how they can improve work performance in the organization . Creating a practicable and efficient budget is one of the activities that the HR is involved

As the HR executive there are several things that will help in determining the areas of the budgetary process that need to be communicated to the employees

Planning the budget is very important as it ensures that all divisions or units of the organization will be funded . Planning entail making operational estimates based on how the industry and economy is affected by the various market trends . The employees will need to be made aware of the cuts and additions that are going to be made so that they are prepared in advance when their scope of work increases .
