First of all let us try to understand the various key issues which have been affecting individuals who phase criminal justice . There is a great debate concerning the race where by individuals use it to discriminate others . This calls the agency dealing with criminal justice to help people to understand the way by which all individuals should be charged without bias . Perhaps we should also point out the fact that most individuals have been experiencing

unfair justice due to the difference in wealth (Donaldson , 2004 . This has been identified in the various classes in the society with individuals from high and even the middle class are able to negotiate for the required justice . Consequently individuals in low class end up being oppressed and viewed as though they at all times deserve unfairness in matters concerning justice . To solve this problem , the agency dealing with criminal just should endeavor to educate and put into the public all matters that pertain the application of law to the whole society . These agencies should come up with certain procedures in creating equality towards all individuals in the society

There should be clear policies stating how difference in amount of wealth should not be tolerated while dealing with justice for this is seen to diminish discretion among the members of the society (Bass (2001 . It has been argued that in case any difference in amount of wealth has to be operated , then this has to be in the favor of the low class people in the society . One must admit that in most cases , there are many women who experience injustice than men do . The society has therefore been raising great concern about this and has been working hard to understand the reasons which drive to such incidences . The concern is then left for the agency dealing with criminal justice to inform the society why such injustice should be observed and possibly what counter programs have been put into place to help the affected individuals to obtain justice

More than half of the cases which are presented in the criminal courts end up ruling unfairly when they deal with cases concerning women (Stewart (2004 . Here the agency should come in and help the affected individuals for them to obtain justice in a fair manner . It has been put forward that criminal justice should ensure that they follow the right set procedures in ruling out all cases and that all rules should be applied impartially . This therefore calls for the agencies to help in formulation of the required standards which can help in operation and in all cases set the guidelines which the justice systems solving out criminal cases should follow to letter . It would be unfair to have a certain gender being charged without exercising discretion while the other gender receive fairness in matters concerning justice
