Organizations are `structures ' with a `collage ' of workers doing their allocated work under the supervision of a leader , for the benefit of the organization as well as them . The workers will normally be apportioned or structurized ' into departments for better arrangement and streamlining of work . These different departments can only boost an organization by working in unison , and thereby actualizing the opportunities on offer . So , `working in unison ' is the key , and the `key ' which opens up the minds of the workers working in the department and aid

`unison , is communication . Barrier free communication channels should be actualized and incorporated into the organization for it to function optimally . But , those channels cannot be actualized if the employees forming different cultures function without any team work according to a rigid hierarchy . Non-formation of common organizational culture and the resultant disunity among the employees could wreck communication . But , this behavioral and mental problem can be solved by optimizing the physical environment , and thereby promoting horizontal communication . So , this will focus on the problem of lack of communication during teamwork , and how it can be solved by optimizing the physical environment , thereby promoting horizontal communication with the leader playing the crucial role
