In every organization , there are changes taking place now and then in different spheres . An organization change may emanate from change in strategic goals and vision of the organization or it may be triggered by changes taking place in the environment . Therefore , organization changes are aimed at aligning organization operation with its overall growth strategy and in line with the changes in the environment . The current economic crisis has had various effects on organization . Almost

all organizations have been affected in one way or another forcing them to change their strategy to align with the changes taking place in the environment .
