I have to supervise my workers and keep track on the menu items in demand during various seasons and occasions as well as competition Probably this has resulted in developing this style

I hav high scores for affiliative and dependent styles . I value my relationships with others . It does not matter whether relationship is professional or personal . Relationships have often proven to be reciprocal . I have been very blessed to have most of good people in my life . I have good interpersonal and communication skills . This I have developed over a period of time . This have helped me to handle human relations and custmer service part of my resturant business . I was depending on various issues for decision making on my husband for this business . This is probably the reason of Dependent style ' of my bahvior "Limiting " identify and illustrate one style you think might be working against you to reduce your effectiveness
Avoidance Style ' is one of the styles limiting my professional effectiveness in organizations . I have scored high in the same . I fear failure and feel guilty for the mistakes I have done or I can do . This results in unexpected behavior very often . I knew this as one of my problems but I never realized that it has become part of my behavior This exercise have helped me realizing this factor and I have already started working on becoming less Avoidance-oriented by sharing my feelings with concerned people

I am a good follower of rules , regulations and policies . I always plan and organize my work when I start my day . I am agreeable , confirming and avoid conflicts as much as possible .
