In every organization , there exists the specification of the various tasks and obligations designated for each member . Hence , it does not only take to account the need for that member of the organization to perform such duties in the `personal capacity ' level of their job , but they are also required to follow the rules and regulations set forth by

the body . As stressed in organizational behavior , to be able to achieve the established goals of the organization , there must be ample value on the skills possessed by each member thus not undermining the essence of teamwork mixed with communication strategies and organizational management aimed for the welfare of the human resource . Consequently with these dynamics in mind , an organization which tends to fail the certain pre-requisites or requirements of that of an `ideal ' or somehow an effective organization , is most likely to fail towards attaining its organizational goals

Synthesis

It is perceived that the light of knowing the productivity level of an individual surfaces on the assessment and evaluation of one 's performance . Given the fact that there revolves a number of organizational strategies , leadership skills and motivational techniques , an organization which is able to pursue all the requirements needed for effective governance is most likely to obtain their objectives in the slimmest streak of hope possible

Basing on my assessment on my locus of control , I realized that I am a person armed with strong sagacity of trust towards the chances of fate In every decision that I make , I tend to believe that these are meant to be chosen for a reason , hence , serves as a challenge in my astounding rationality . I seemingly accept the blame of a failure in my job although in times , the factors that trigger the results of my actions come in handy with my perceived satisfaction

According to Maslow 's hierarchy of needs , an individual 's outlook on life specifically on the personal and professional vortex of one change as one matures . In my case , my level of satisfaction falls on the arena of win-win ' value that I feel motivated when I tend to see that I am given just compensation over the work I offer

The reward system strategy in an organization is one of the most impeccable realms given high regard by employees . Personally , I appreciate recognition and distinctive awards rather than to be given tangible materials as a prize for my hard work .
