Organizational culture is the set principles or rules that govern the way people behave in regards to the company itself . Any culture of an organization can be divided into three sections and these may include the evaluation element , material elements and the social interaction element of the employees . The evaluation element involves the expected standards and social expectations on values and beliefs . Through this , people are able

to bind together into organizational groups . In Fairyland , the people believe in honesty and integrity and this is what keeps them together as a group in the organization . The organization also believes in innocence in all their undertakings and it is also guided by uncommercialism policy
Fairyland has a handbook that has the guidelines on how to solve conflicts and it also explains how the employees should behave within the organization . The handbook is a material element that shows that the organization believes in work ethics , which should be organizational oriented . This handbook is also used as an evaluative element whereby the behavior of the employees is assessed according to the laid down policies . Another material evidence that is found in Fairyland is the fact that the company is guided through a clear communication channel that is presented in the form of an organizational chart .
