Leadership is a vital as well as a dynamic function of any organization It is very much essential where the work is to be done by individuals or group of individuals . It is through this force one (leaders ) influence others (followers ) to perform an activity for the achievement of common specified goals or goals . In other words it can be told as

an influential process whereby which the leader shapes , regulates modifies , controls and directs the behavior of the followers to do a particular work for the purpose of achieving pre-determined objectives So it is better to say that without this force no organization can survive . And moreover for meeting all the changes that are taking place in the business industry the need for leadership is seen much essential especially in the technology field .
