The problems that have been identified are : weak leadership , a poor organizational design communication , and lack of teamwork as well as partnership between different teams . These problems will be reviewed in the light of

The recommendations for dealing with these changes will be expounded upon , namely getting administrative managers to work with the twelve department heads , who will then report directly to the hospital president . This suggestion will be reviewed in terms of its advantages (such as better co-ordination , and a smaller workload for the hospital president ) and disadvantages (such as the added expense and friction between the incoming administrative heads
