The introduction will entail stating the change at Memorial Hospital and the recommendation reached after going through the case study namely reviewing the organizational structure at the institution

In the body , the problems related to organizational behavior arising at Memorial Hospital will be discussed in detail . The problems that have been identified are : weak leadership , a poor organizational design communication , and lack of teamwork as well as partnership between different teams . These problems will be reviewed in the light of

existing organizational behavior theories

The recommendations for dealing with these changes will be expounded upon , namely getting administrative managers to work with the twelve department heads , who will then report directly to the hospital president . This suggestion will be reviewed in terms of its advantages (such as better co-ordination , and a smaller workload for the hospital president ) and disadvantages (such as the added expense and friction between the incoming administrative heads

The paper will be concluded with a summary of the recommendations made and a review of how best the changes at Memorial Hospital can be dealt with
