With that knowledge , people are also geared towards a more interactive and more productive future . Nothing can really replace the potential and power of the mind . Now , it can be safely concluded that investment in knowledge is far better than all other investments

Ethics is one aspect of the organizational behavior that has truly changed and improved through time . In general , ethics is defined as standards of behavior that guide human beings on how they should act in many different situations in which they find themselves , as students , as parents , as friends , as professionals , as employees , and so on . Ethics is considered as the righteousness that guide and influence people on different venues and in different situations . Experts , however , maintain and emphasize that ethics are not basically ought to take the place of feelings , religion , law , accepted social practice or science
