Abstract

Organization communication is a very crucial tool in an organization Good communication is the connection of health center as it may have direct impact on the patients in particular . Incase of breakage in communication , the hospital may suffer medical errors that may even go to extremes of causing deaths that should not have occurred Organizational communication is not only important for daily running but can also be reflected in the financial position of a hospital especially when not handled with care

p Historically , hospitals had issues with communication as far as the flow of information was concerned . However , improvements have been made The first mode of improving organizational communication that was introduced was organizational communication network . This was seen as a way of improving speed and quality in health care services . Such installations however depend on a number of factors like the level of interaction of information systems in an organization . The creation of (KNAMP ) in October 1999 enabled pharmacists to claim responsibility for patients that had been hospitalized and cross check the prescribed drugs . This required them to have access to patients and maintain frequent communication with the nurses . And as a result , most pharmacists are now using the pharmacists ' information system not only in Dutch but also other countries . It allows them to access all information regarding a particular patient and prevent wrong prescription as the system contains all patients ' s

Stake holders too should be included in the information network . These may include the government organizations and insurers . They are important parties that are not involved the daily running of...
