Well , the company guarantees satisfaction for its consumers based on the taste and quality of their product . The main objective of

the company is to project cleanliness and maintain the quality of the Jelly Beans . Yes , the service guarantee is understandable and is clearly noted on their site but still there is no assurance of what the consume could acquire after buying the product

The electronic self-service gives out better services for the clients Basically , the electronic self-service gives the consumers the privilege to choose what they like based on their satisfaction . Since there are many flavors and kinds of the jelly beans , providing them the technology to choose and make assorted kinds of jelly beans give them the feel of being in control of what they purchase . There has been no study or survey on how the electronic self-service machine works since impact is one aspect that is hard to quantify hence one that can be a determinant of customer satisfaction is the trend in sales . Well , personally I have not checked the electronic self-service yet but I know how it is used and how it functions .
