Couture is a boutique that will provide its customers with clothes designed especially for their events . It will be part of the fashion industry . The first outlet for the boutique will be in New York City The business will be small in the beginning but will expand as costs are covered and profits are made . The employees will have to be graduates in the textile fields while some of the graduates will also be from the fashion schools

Business Objectives

business will be operating in the service sector . It hopes to provide premium quality products , which will include stitched and unstitched cloth . The consumers will also be advised as to what will suit them best and what they require according to their needs Accessories will also be available in the boutique matching the dress accordingly , but most of the accessories will be available with the formal dresses . A whole outfit will also be put together for the customer is she wants it . The company will also participate in the fashion shows that take place around the world it will be a way to spread the culture of the country . As the competition is tough in this particular industry , extra care will be taken to provide the customers with something different at a reasonable price

Mission Statement

Couture will provide service to all people . It will enhance the new technological ways of production and designing clothes . It will remain up to date with the new trends and try to come up with some trends of its own . The vision of the business is to improve the quality of the clothes sold in the market and to provide a service which can be used by people of all classes and caste . The woman of today is a lot different than the woman of yesterday . Women now don 't have the time to go shopping or to design their own clothes They have jobs to go to or businesses to run in the morning while in the evening they have their social life . Today 's women hires designers to put together her outfits for her , whether it be for the office or for a dinner at a friends or for a party

She wants to look her best while at work or outside work . Couture market is expanding , more and more companies are joining in the game Competition is tough .
