One needs to understand the value of allowing and even encouraging individuals to interact closely in an open , honest and serious conversation . Such open and communicative behavior in the work setting illustrates a program of awareness on the

br differing attitudes of individuals creating a possible leeway for a better understanding between the staff and the management . Leaders should understand that emotions play a poignant role in the day to day behavior of the person that often affects work . Team leaders should therefore be aware that no matter how strong a person appears to be behavioral patterns tend to change under several factors . Under a salient feature of identifying the differing behavioral patterns of individuals , an effective team thus incorporates human consideration as a route to effective governance in the organization An observant leader upon walking in an emotionally-charged atmosphere may be able to identify signs of anger and anxiety in the workplace which is oftentimes evidenced by the apparent lack of enthusiasm between workers . Often these situations are a result of poor communication and an inability to handle emotions As adults , our actions cannot be separated from our emotions which are often caused by external events (Weisinger , 14 . It is quite clear that Rosalee in the given scenario is helplessly mandated by her strong emotion as a woman to behave in an eccentric manner unacceptable to others in the office .
