For this reason that the concept of unity of the worker 's desires and vision is founded manifested through the organization of the Labor Union . This organization is basically created by common workers who have the lower hand in the corporate and employment system which is founded to forge all of their individual rights for a political power to be used for their own protection . As taken from an actual interview from a member of a Labor Union , the said organization is indeed important as powerless workers are not able to have a significant power so as not to be abuse and exploited by the injustices in the system .
