Abstract
The focus to develop a built-in web based tools and services for e-governance by applying Object Oriented Design Tools to develop standard software for e-Governance . The application also includes open source technologies and computing platform to overcome the risk of wasting resources and money on development of eGovernance . In addition the project also aims to provide an effective review procedure so that the system acts as a productive aid by reducing the amount and content of development documentation
Object oriented design methodology is concerned with developing a software system based on objects by defining message protocol and data structure and procedures and by designing all these process in object oriented programming language . The design helps in maintaining effective framework through its simple design and user-friendly web structure and saves time and cost and increases productivity through object oriented programming language such as C , J2ee , and Enterprise Java Beam etc Objected oriented design methodology enables the developer to create easy design and also allows them to integrate and use various software tools , which in turn reduce time consumption and saves cost . Due to the integrated design model used in object oriented design the methodology the errors and inconsistency can be easily identified
E-Governance can be defined as a practice of using information technology for enhancing both internal and external operations of government by allowing easy access to citizens , employees and other business activities . As the e-Government framework being prototyped in OOD methodology its development , application are lucrative and beneficial . The usage of open-source technologies and open standards in the software enables the different user to access information at the same time . The software will also reduce the government activities by providing spontaneous graphical framework and advanced level of abstraction , which could be used by non-IT peoples . The framework also provides opportunity for re-engineering the developed model for future access
