In other words the nurse must be aware of how to do about the work ethically and also with an eye towards the legal aspect . Now that there is a law regarding stem cell research somebody will pay when committing violations and this has put added responsibility to a nurse role aside from the traditional role as a caregiver . Nurses working in these facilities must report to authorities whenever violations of human

rights were committed in furtherance of research . A registered nurse does not only act as a watch dog but he or she must also be there to process the donation of stem cell research The process does not only involve the harvesting of cells but it also requires informing the patient or donor on the legal steps that must be followed
