time , three remain the most significant and most destructive to date . These three are Weapons of Mass Destruction , CBRNE weapons which incorporate the individual or simultaneous use of chemical , biological radiological , nuclear (Mahan Griset , 2007 ) and high-yield explosives and internet based attacks . This shall evaluate each one of these and shall attempt to single out the one non-conventional terrorism mode that can be trusted to be the most difficult to plan and execute
If we were to suppose that modern day terrorists do not have the educated personnel to build CBRNE weapons and have failed in acquiring the expertise required to do so , then it comes as a sharp contrast that anthrax attacks (Hasan , 2003 ) after September 11 served to prove that Terrorists have also acquired the means to develop anthrax powder and radiological weapons by making use of merchandise available in hospitals , university laboratories , factories , and construction and demolition companies (Globalfocus .org , 2008 .
