For these resources , firms are competing to increase their attractiveness and sensitivity , in to be the first to gain the competitive advantage

At Nokia , the resource management is excellent since the company originally born as the combination of wood-pulp mill , rubber-products producers , and cable works . The recent position as the leading telecommunication-equipment /network company shows that managements of Nokia Corporation has shown the capability to manage their resources and to reposition their company from leading non-telecommunication company into leading telecommunication company
