Nelson Mandela has had a great impact on the world since he is one of the best living examples of liberty and freedom for all people . Upon his release from prison in 1990 , Mandela fought aggressively for the dismantling of the regime of apartheid in South Africa . He eventually won the battle thus bringing an end to a long struggle of racial equality in the country which had claimed the lives of several people He also pushed for democracy in his country , he therefore advocated for leadership in which
