It is seemingly evident that Maxiform , in an evaluation basis has failed in meeting one of the primary standards of organizational management which is the ample attention to human resource importance In the scenario given , the company has thoroughly disregarded the importance of motivation schemes and even on the basis of

br individuality ' and employee satisfaction . It is not just for the technical ' employees (including Andrew ) not to at least be granted with the convenient ' aid in their environment as workers . Perhaps he was not able to have a degree which the administrative ' employees has obtained worthy enough for a higher position in the company , but how the supervisor actually deprives them from the benefits which are considerably natural for companies has not been followed . Aside from that , there should have been a little consideration over the `technical employees , as stressed in Maslow 's Hierarchy of Needs , individuals need to physiologically , socially and emotionally given value that even for just a little compensation over their outstanding performance may be given . Moreover , the supervisor has established a negative reinforcement approach towards his employees that he has not considered their social needs ' in the cases where Andrew had a valid reason for having been late at work and that he wanted to improve his skills was a individuality . Further , the company could have at least catered the lowest ' form of employees a rather convenient ' atmosphere since that the kind of atmosphere by which they actually perform their duties gravely affect the level of their performance for that instance . The human resource arena of the company needs a challenging ' factor for its employees to improve whatever it is that is already acquired by the individuals especially if the determination comes from the employee himself . Nevertheless , as individuals with pious rationality , equality in the workplace is important as much as the sense of importance ' so as to gain loyalty and harmonious relationship with its constituents

A common observation on conflicts in an organization is the possibility to compete with workers of the same rank by having the head of an organization catch their attention which will then lead on to an upgrade on the level of amazement .
