More and more , these individuals have had to fight for their rights to participate in certain activities such as marriage
Sexuality and the various issues regarding gay individuals have not bypassed the United States military . Differing stands regarding homosexuality and whether such individuals should be allowed to participate in certain activities has long been one of the major problems in the country but never has it been more emphasized than with discussions of military participation .
