i ) When in a building , go to the lowest level possible and avoid glass or anything that could cause shrapnel wounds from flying debris . This is the safest place possible in case of a tornado
ii ) When in a vehicle (including mobile homes , park in a relatively safe place away from the traffic lanes and exit the vehicle . Immediately seek a building for shelter
iii ) When outdoors , immediately seek shelter or lie flat , face-down on the ground
