Jones , Young and Leppma (2010 ) assess PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI ) among the war veterans retuning from both Afghanistan and Iraq This article brings out PSTSD as a common disorder for soldiers returning from major wars . The Department of Veteran 's Affair and Department of Defense are further indicated to have been applying the 2007 Presidential Commission on Care for America 's Returning Wounded Soldiers (PCCARWS ) to facilitate prevention , rapid diagnosis and treatment for PTSD .
