There must be enough capability that will help detect the signified mental diss or abnormality in the mental and psychological makeup It must be kept in mind , however , that such necessity arises not for the purpose of discriminating among people who suffer from the dis but to be able to properly address the situation because the manifestations of mental illnesses will be addressed and resolved if they are properly diagnosed and assessed
