TO : Gary Hoover , General Manager FROM : Name , Travel Agent DATE : November 14 , 2006 SUBJECT : Expand client services for additional revenue I have researched and found that most of our clients range from middle to high income travelers . Despite their buying power , it has become a trend for them to choose cheaper fares and accommodations that are reasonably and practical . In lieu of maintaining our clients and increasing our revenue from them , I would like to suggest renovating our Austin headquarters into a travel resource for corporate clients . The travel resource

center would be a venue for travelers to get information and access to travel destinations in their business and leisure trips
We can
Provide information on popular business destinations in and out of US
Market videos and audio cd courses in Spanish , French , German , Japanese and other languages
Introduce the Travelfest line of travel products like luggage , maps travel guides , and electronics-all aimed at the business traveler
Provide computer terminals where onsite customers can browse the internet to check currency exchange rates , weather reports and valuable information about their destination
Allot an area to display trivial information about cultures and business practices around the world
These initiatives are aimed at getting additional income as well as rouse the interest of prospect clients . Once we get their attention travel agents , like me , can offer them travel-management services for their convenience
let me know if you would like to have a meeting so I can further discuss these suggestions

SUBJECT : Save Thanks-A-Bunch Program
More than 400 psychiatric patients have graduated the Thanks-A-Bunch Program . The program helps former patients get back to work in a safer environment where people understand their special needs . Former patients in the program have created a harmonious work setting that tries to eliminate fear and inspire other patients that there is life after rehabilitation
With its success , the program has become the model of rehabilitation centers all over the country , a pride we share with you at San Diego County Mental Health Services . For without your continued support Thanks-A-Bunch Program will not be possible
With this , we at Thanks-A-Bunch ask your continued financial assistance so we can continue reaching to psychiatric patients . The patients deserve a chance to belong someplace safe and fulfilling after treatment TO : Jonas T . Phidias , Senior Manager

SUBJECT : Nap Room
Since 2005 , it has been a workplace trend for corporate offices to put up nap rooms . Working with Phidias Associates for many years now has been a fulfillment and a challenge for me . But the previous days of toiling a rush job for one of our top clients made me aspire for a nap room to relax and regain my strength for 15 minutes
