Memorandum To : XYZ From : ABC Date : June 30 , 2008 Subject : Notes on Employee I was informed by Elena that G .D . was reluctant to work with her . Thus she had to force him to do better . After another complaint , Elena was told that G .D 's job coach would be changed if he did not perform well The problem was sorted out with the help of Ann Harris who informed that G .D . liked Elena and became uncomfortable to see Elena with Nathan . Upon inquiry about Elena 's and Nathan

relationship , Elena said that it was G .D 's problem . G .D . was then sent to work with Juan . Upon investigation from G .D . it was learnt that he did not like Nathan getting physical with Elena and he wanted to protect her , although he was told he is no one to interfere . Elena was then sent to Espanola and Juan to Los Alamos . Elena was worried over Juan 's transfer , as she informed that women do not like his presence as he tends to get involved often
The Vance group leader informed that he would prefer Juan or Felicia to work with G .D . as they give him time and denied of Juan 's inappropriate behavior . It was also learnt that Elena waste time socializing together In the meantime she manages her work , but G .D is unable to complete without Elena 's supervision
G .Ds mother called and said that his son was uncomfortable with Nathan getting physical with Elian and thus he wants to work with Juan . The woman was assured of Juan 's transfer . G .D also discussed the ongoing matter with Mosaic and Joni Dunn
