Customers can have different suggestions as regards to products or services one is dealing with . This can enable you to change products or services for the betterment of the customer . For example , customers may not be comfortable with product bearing certain color like blue and to them they prefer when it is white . Therefore you can take their views and produce a product that is by all which increases the market and subsequently upgrade your business
