In the initial days Apple Inc . was named as Apple Computer Inc , which was renamed as Apple Inc , on January 9 , 2007 . The name change was followed by company 's launch of new iphone , smartphone and Apple TV digital video system . The company 's major activity is to manufacture personal computers , portable media players , mobile phones computer software , computer hardware and hardware accessories . The company has 20 ,000
